A car accident has taken away my independence because of a spinal injury. I am currently using a cane, but a dog would be much more helpful to add to my balance.
I need a NEADS assistance dog because I would like to have assurance while I am home alone in the daytime. I was injured in a car accident and can no longer function as I once did. A dog would help me to do things that are now too painful for me to perform, such as bending at the waist to pick up something that I dropped and carrying things. My dog would carry all the things I cannot in its back pack. My dog would retrieve things for me off counters and tables, turn on and off light switches and give me balance and stability while I am mobile. I need a dog to get me help if I fall can can't get up.
I am looking for people to help me sponsor this balance dog that will change my life in a positive way. If you can help me in this, please donate what you can now!
