Puppy Donations

NEADS accepts healthy, purebred Golden retriever, Labrador retriever, Smooth collie and Standard poodle puppy donations into our service dog program.

These puppies must be between the ages of 8-12 weeks, be in good health, free of internal and external parasites and have sound temperaments.

We require a health certificate from a veterinarian within seven days and proof of at least one distemper/parvo vaccination. We also require OFA or Penn Hip clearances from both parent dogs as well as CERF within one year.

We also accept a select number of toy/small breeds into the program as hearing and laptop service dog candidates.

We will provide you with in-kind donation recognition for tax purposes for the value of the puppy.

Thank you in advance for considering making a donation to NEADS’ puppy program – either monetary or puppy. Without donations from many generous dog breeders, our program would not be possible.
