We’re pleased to introduce Aubrey Henderson, who will be taking the helm as NEADS’ new Chief Executive Officer starting January 1, 2025.
Aubrey comes to NEADS with a background in both the corporate and nonprofit worlds. Most recently, she served as the Executive Director of Cradles to Crayons Massachusetts, where she led the organization through a period of tremendous growth. She expanded their budget, oversaw a move to a larger facility, and fostered a fantastic team environment.
Before her work at Cradles to Crayons, Aubrey held executive positions at major companies like Unilever and Procter & Gamble. She also has experience in the healthcare sector, managing fundraising at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Aubrey is a life-long dog lover and is passionate about the NEADS mission. In her own words, “I am thrilled to join a non-profit with a mission as compelling as NEADS. I look forward to working with the dedicated staff, volunteers, and clients to continue NEADS’ legacy of providing life-changing Service Dogs.”
