College student Megan was matched with Service Dog for Hearing Misty in 2023. Having a Service Dog on campus has certainly added a special spark to everyday life, as she shares:
Misty and I have plenty of stories. There are, of course, her perfectly timed sighs in the silence of our classrooms, to which the best professors respond, “I know, it’s pretty boring stuff.” And the numerous races to the couch as Misty and I steal my roommates’ spots on the couch for cuddle time.
Between the symphony of snoring Misty and I reportedly give my roommates each night and the full body weight smothering cuddles she provides me and my friends on a regular basis, it’s safe to say we’re enjoying our last year of college life together!
