Dr. Pelletier, better know around NEADS as “Dr. P,” recently announced her retirement from the three volunteer commitments she held at NEADS: Medical Director, member of the Board of Directors, and veterinarian.

Dr. P began volunteering at NEADS in 2017. Her laugh, bright smile, and humor were infectious. Her deep passion for animals was contagious. Her ability to relate to others, have great conversations, and communicate veterinary information in a way that just makes sense, was simply amazing. Dr. P will continue to volunteer at NEADS in different, reduced capacities, like helping us out at our Concord Farm clinics, and continue to be a wealth of knowledge and trusted peer to guide us in the right direction.

The exam room in the Hawkins Canine Center will be named in her honor and in recognition of her support and dedication.
