News from Client Services – June 2022
I would like to share some news about the Client Services team. As a NEADS Client, you will continue to work with the same familiar faces, but some of their roles are changing.
Effective, June 16, 2022, Katie Hanna, LTC, USAR (Retired), became the new Manager of Client Services. Katie, who retired after 23 years of service and was the Manager of the Worcester Office for the 2020 Census, has been with NEADS since July 2021. Over the last year, Katie has served as the point person for veteran clients and applicants as well as helped to support our client teams. Katie, with her strong belief in the NEADS mission and her extensive managerial experience, is eager to take on her new position. Katy Ostroff will remain in the department, working part-time. Sue Berry, our Client Services Administrative Assistant, will continue in her role of supporting our clients and our team.
