News from Client Services – May 2023
A message from Katie Hanna:
After two years on the job, I will be leaving NEADS in June. I am relocating to South Carolina to be closer to my extended family. While I am excited about this new chapter in my life, I will miss the wonderful people I have had the pleasure of serving and interacting with during my time here.
I am thrilled to announce that Kara Milotte will be joining us as the new Manager of Client Services. Kara has already begun learning the ropes of her new role, with guidance from me and the rest of the Client Services team – Katy Ostroff, Tyler Vincent, and Sue Berry. Rest assured that you will all continue to be top of mind as we work to bring you the best possible match.
Kara is excited to have already connected with some of you and looks forward to meeting everyone in the months ahead.
I want to take this opportunity to say that it has been an honor and a privilege to serve you, and I am confident that the Client Services team at NEADS will continue to provide you with the support that you need. I wish you all the very best.
