Reservations for pick up/drop off: Email Kelly by Thursday. CC Cinda.

Pick up/drop off times: Pick up Friday after 2pm. Drop off Sunday by 8pm. Can drop off Monday by 9am. See below for more details.

Food (procured from Mentor or delivered with pup): Council member will give you needed food. Give her advance notice when you are running low, and she will get you more.

Medication (can be transferred to WPR): If medication is sent out, directions should be given on the communication sheet. Medication can go out but not come back in.

Equipment (can be transferred to WPR): When pup is ready for gentle leader, he/she will come out with it. Whatever equipment pup comes out with is returned with pup.

Wait time, etc: 5-15 minutes, depending on your arrival time
Things you may encounter: Count time, shift changes, codes
Misc: Any issues need to be reported directly to NEADS or to liaison. Issues should not be addressed with officers working.

Shift changes are: 6:50am, 2:50am, 10:50pm
Inmate meal schedule: 7:45am, 11:45am, 4:45pm
Count times are 5:30am, 7:10am, 11:15am, 4pm, 9:30pm
Visiting hours are: Sun letters M-Z 1pm-4:45pm; A-L 5:15pm-8:30pm; Mon 1pm-8:30pm; Fri 1pm-8:30pm; Sat letters A-L 1pm-4:45pm, M-Z 5:15pm-8:30pm
