Over the last 3 years, Advisors Mortgage Group, LLC, with corporate offices in Ocean Township, New Jersey, have named seven puppies through charitable donations to our Name a Puppy program.

The puppy naming process was an organization-wide activity, with employees from the branches and the corporate office submitting their favorite dog names for consideration. “Our mantra at Advisors is Family. Customers. Community.,” says Advisors Mortgage Group Vice President Sean Clark, “and we are big supporters of the military. When we learned about the sad statistics on veteran suicide rates, and that a well-trained four legged friend can help prevent suicide, we knew we had to do everything we could to support service dogs. NEADS stood out as a leader in both training and advocacy for Service Dogs and we knew they were the perfect partner.”

The first six puppies named by employees of Advisors Mortgage Group – Daisey, Rosey, Pepper, Sage, Iris, and Charlie – serve as Service Dogs, Service Dog for Hearing, Trauma Assistance Dog for a Veteran with PTSD, Service Dog for a Child, and an Assistance Dog for the Courthouse.  The seventh, Marcy, was recently matched as an Assistance Dog for the Classroom and is participating in facility-based training with her human partner in November.

In addition to naming seven puppies, Advisors Mortgage Group invited a NEADS Veteran client team to speak at the National Sales Meeting for Advisors Mortgage Group in November 2017.  Attendees were incredibly moved to hear firsthand how the veteran’s life was changed by his Service Dog and the visit brought home just how much of an impact their support of NEADS can have. NEADS is proud to be supported by Advisors Mortgage Group.
