Get Dressed. Give Back.

October 19, 2017

What a fabulous evening! On October 13, nearly 150 people (and Service Dogs and Dogs in Training!) joined us at The Exchange Center, on Boston’s historic waterfront, for our 3rd annual night of fashion and fun.

Guests were treated to informal modeling featuring more than a dozen Boston Fashion Week designers, including a brand-new, never-before-seen collection from 15-year-old Project Runway Junior finalist Ruby McAloon. This year’s silent auction was packed with one-of-a-kind items like a Yamaha guitar signed by James Taylor and Nike Air Jordans made for and autographed by Justin Timberlake.

The evening was hosted by Dot Joyce, Boston Communications Consultant, and special guest speaker Carolyn Barrett entertained – and educated – us with stories of her life with NEADS Service Dog Shadow. Katie Driscoll, Founder and President of Changing the Face of Beauty, received the Caring with Couture award.

Many thanks to all our sponsors: Abaris Financial; Blue Buffalo; Boston Scientific; Burke Distributors; Cindy and Bob Lepofsky; Friends of NEADS Service Dog Maurice; Haute Couture; French Bubbles; Kelly’s Roast Beef; Kendra Scott; Model Club, Inc.; Peak Event Services; Plan of Massachusetts and Rhode Island; Polkadog Bakery; Prezza; and Sociable!
