As client fundraisers, you will sometimes encounter questions about NEADS and about our Service/Assistance Dog programs.  Clients often ask if they should attempt to answer these questions at all, or if NEADS would prefer that they don’t.  The answer is that it entirely depends on you and your comfort level and knowledge base.  If you are confident that you can answer a question accurately, and you are willing to do so, then feel free.  However, if you are unsure of an answer or feel that you don’t know the topic well enough to speak about it don’t feel pressure to do so.

If you would like to learn more about NEADS, and be better prepared to speak on our behalf, you can read over these NEADS Talking Points and even print them to hand out to potential donors.  In fact, you will find similar helpful materials that you can print out in the Client Resource Center.
